Thomas A. Morse

South Florida Criminal Attorney

"I DON’T SUE PEOPLE,
I DON’T DIVORCE PEOPLE,

I HAVE OVER  25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DEFENDING PEOPLE’S RIGHTS.

The art of being a great Criminal Defense Attorney requires preparation, compassion and skilled cross examination.

If you are thinking about hiring a former State Attorney or Ex-cop. DONT DO IT!

Former prosecutors or an Ex-Cop by nature are not compassionate, many are lazy and lack cross examination skills, why?
Because Prosecutors only introduce evidence, they don’t question evidence. Asking a Cop on the stand what happened and what happened next has nothing to do with being a defender of people’s rights, nor does it require cross examination skills.

Cross exanination skills require years of experience, by taking whatever is said on the witness stand and showing how his former testimony conflicts with his prior testimony, police report or evidence introduced at trial. This creates reasonable doubt and usually leads to an Acquittal.
